to your loved one — not just the ones with available beds. She considers all qualified options and provides a
clear shortlist with honest notes on each.
STEP 3 — Tour, Compare & Choose
NeSonya accompanies your family on tours when possible. She helps you know what questions to ask, what to look for beyond the surface, and how to compare options fairly. When your family is ready to choose, she advocates directly with the admissions team to ensure the terms are clear and your family’s concerns are heard.
STEP 4 — Transition & 30-Day Follow-Up
NeSonya coordinates the logistics of move-in day and works with the community’s team to ensure a warm
welcome. Our commitment does not end there — she follows up at the 30-day mark to make sure your loved one
is settling in well and your family has what it needs.
What This Costs Your Family
Radiant Senior Advisors charges a Family Advocacy Fee for our full placement service. This fee ensures we can advocate for your family with complete independence — recommending any community that is genuinely right for your loved one, whether or not that community pays us a referral fee. It is how we keep our guidance honest. Details are discussed during your complimentary initial conversation.
